The evening's entertainment also includes drumming, a Royal Court procession, and the Imu ceremony, which reveals the unearthing of a roasted pig from its underground oven. As you arrive at the Paradise Cove Luau, you will be greeted with a Mai Tai and adorned with tropical leis. Situated on 12 gorgeous acres of coastline, the Ko Olina Resort is your accommodating host for the evening, and your night of Hawaiian entertainment will continue to surprise you as the party continues. Polynesian Cultural Center

At this well-equipped cultural center you will be amazed by the wide array of facilities and activities, ranging from an IMAX theatre to canoe rides. The center is a large, open-air museum and you can visit any of the 7 villages that have been modeled after a variety of Polynesian communities. Demonstrations take place each day and display various crafts and traditions. But most importantly, the in-house Luau that takes place in the evening is the highlight of any visit. After touring the museum you can begin to feast on the delicious food served buffet style and prepared according to ancient rituals. Royal Hawaiian

From the moment that you step into Waikiki's Pink Palace you will be treated like royalty as you are greeted with drink in hand and escorted to your table with views of the ocean and situated on the lush grounds of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Music plays all night and you can sit back and relax to the melodious tones of classic island songs. Witness the fabulous Imu ceremony before beginning your dinner, complete with fresh roasted pig. Your meal includes local favorites like mahi mahi (island fish), lomi lomi salmon, teriyaki steak, poi, sweet potatoes, rice, vegetables, salads, island fruits, haupia (coconut pudding) and a selection of delicious cakes. Sea Life Park Luau

On Oahu's southeastern point you can find the gorgeous Sea Life Park, where dolphins, penguins and sea lions frolic and play for your viewing pleasure.
